Pure Hypnoanalysis (Analytical hypnotherapy)

This type of therapy is used to discover and remove the cause of a symptom.

Have you ever had the feeling that something is 'inside yourself, but outside your control'? This is where it is so effective: these bottled up feelings can be dissolved by us working as a 'team'. It takes time, effort, self-discipline (not to mention money) to free yourself from these symptoms... but... it is well worth the effort.

Hypnoanalysis helps to find and release the cause of the symptom (cause and effect) and the problems disappear. The object of the analysis is to bring you to a moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment; in general ten sessions is sufficient. We are seeking, during the course of the sessions, a complete and lasting release by finding and removing the originating cause, as opposed to mere control of symptoms.

The use of hypnosis dramatically speeds up the analytical process; it achieves similar results in 10-12 sessions, as those achieved by conventional analytical therapists, who can take up to three or four years in therapy.

Each session lasts, on average, about fifty minutes. Because you are in hypnosis and you are very, very relaxed, you find it easier to talk about emotive issues.
